to get the game for windows is easy just go to downloads and thet the test2-3.0.5.exe and launch the .exe

for mobile it is a little harder but still not that hard you get the .apk on ur mobile go in ur file manager and find the apk on your mobile click it then install it (it that case of android denying it just allow the app and then install it)
